Early Help Practitioner

Early help is the provision of timely support provided to children, young people, and families to address emerging needs and prevent issues from escalating. I regularly meet with families and professionals in Team Around Me (TAF) meetings to discuss problems, find solutions, and access services (eg: LINKS, Family Intervention Team, Family Group Conference service, and Disabled Children Service short breaks)

Isaac - Practitioner

I am qualified in both psychology (BSc) and safeguarding (Level 3), and use a calm, relational approach with our young people.
